This luxurious penthouse apartment faces south and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Finished in marble, the apartment is on 2 levels.

The lower level comprises 3 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and a separate wc/shower. Two of the bedrooms share a large balcony with sea views. The balcony off of the shower room has a washer/drier.

A marble staircase leads to the upper level which includes the living / dining room and the kitchen. The living area has comfortable sofas, television and stereo system and leads on to the upper balcony, which again has extensive views towards the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances – fridge, freezer, microwave and hob/oven.

The upper balcony is furnished with table and chairs (see photo) and is the ideal place to eat. On clear days you can see the Sierra Nevada to the east, Gibraltar to the west and the mountains of North Africa across the Mediterranean.

The apartment also overlooks the cascading waterfall around which the complex was designed and is close to the 2 large pools. Parking is available in the secure underground car park, from which access to the apartment is by lift.

The apartment has full air conditioning and heating. However, being located high up in the hills looking down on Calahonda and the coast, the apartment does benefit from breezes which in the summer provide relief from the heat lower down.
